All I thought about when I saw you standing there was, ‘I’ve never met someone like you.’ Which was odd, considering we hadn’t spoken... yet. But, I knew that you were someone special. Someone I wanted to know. Someone, I could see myself spending every waking moment with. All of this and so much more, from a single glance... One that took my breath away. And made my heart beat in such a manner, that I was sure it was going to burst. I gasped out loud when you turned my way... You had smiled. And I... I melted. If it wasn’t for the wall I was standing next to, I knew I would have dropped to my knees and given my heartfelt thanks... Thanks, that I was allowed to be in your presence, to be able to gaze upon your beauty. You were all I could see. Everyone else was a blur, going faster than I could track. But, it didn’t bother me, for all I wanted to see was you. My hand moved to my forehead and my tongue moistened my dry lips. I burned... I felt a blaze building inside of me. And I knew what had started the flame. You had without a single word. With just one glance, and I wanted this fire to engulf me, so that I could rise like a Phoenix from the ashes. Glowing brilliantly with your love. I could see myself doing things with you. Some that I’ve never imagined... Others, I’d like to share. I knew you would teach me so much, and I... I am eager to learn. Learn... Your touches... Your kisses... And most importantly... I wanted to learn what it was to have... Your love. I saw you leaving and without knowing it, you had taken my heart with you. I needed to know, what do I had to do... To meet someone like you. “Tara.” “Ye-yes,” she replied reluctantly tearing her gaze from the spot where the redhead had been standing. “Can I copy your notes for class?” “Um... ss-sure.” “Great. I appreciate it.” “Nn-no problem.” Taking another quick look, Tara sighed. The redhead was truly gone perhaps she’d see her again. She hoped so. The End.
